It is well known that the first five years of a child’s life are the most formative, as such we take our role very seriously. Choosing the right nursery is likely to be one of the most important decisions you will have to make to date involving your child. We firmly understand this, having been in the same position ourselves. Our philosophy is simple but steadfast. We aim to provide an environment that we would use for our own children ensuring it is friendly; the staff are welcoming, build positive relationships with the children and have a detailed understanding of each child. Valentines Nursery aims to provide the highest quality childcare within a secure and relaxed atmosphere. The nursery structure and practices are designed so that the children have fun and learn through play. We provide rich and challenging play opportunities where the children’s curiosity and desire to learn will be stimulated and extended.

Within our nursery the child's welfare and development is paramount. All children are treated as individuals in a warm, friendly and caring environment where they are encouraged to reach their full potential through praise, sensitivity and mutual respect. Their cultural, religious, and linguistic attributes are recognised and respected and are part of the essence of our teaching of British Values.
