We are open from 8.00 am to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday every week, except National and Bank Holidays and 2 staff inset days per year. We also close for the 3 business days between Christmas and New Year which we do not refund parents for and is stated in our Terms & Conditions. Our closures are kept to a minimum to provide a comprehensive service.

Government Funding

We offer funding for children from 9 months onwards. Currently, working parents of children from 9 months to 3 years are entitled to 30-hours funding for 38 weeks in the academic year, which we offer over 51 weeks a year on 22.3 hours per week for 51 weeks in a year. Access to the early years entitlements

You can access the following early years entitlements at our setting:

  • Two year old entitlement for families receiving additional support (families on low income, children in or left care/EHC/DLA)
  • Universal entitlement for children aged 3 to 4 years
  • Working parent entitlement for children aged 3 to 4 years
  • Working parent entitlement for children aged 2 years
  • Working parent entitlement for children from 9 months and under 2 years

The number of weeks we offer the entitlements at our setting:

  • We offer term time places for up to 38 weeks a year
  • We offer stretched offer places for up to 51 weeks a year

How you can access entitlement places at our setting:

  • The entitlement is available from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am–6pm
  • You can access between/either 15 and 30 entitlement hours per week at no charge
  • Our stretched offer is available from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am–6pm

Chargeable extras

Additional hours

We operate from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Parents/carers accessing early years entitlements can access additional hours, chargeable as follows:

  • £7.40 per house for under 3’s.
  • £7 per hour for over 3’s.

Food

We offer up to 3 meals for a full day and snacks per day, and these are currently chargeable as follows:

  • £9 a day for breakfast, lunch and tea.
  • £6 for breakfast and lunch (AM session)
  • £3 for tea (PM session)
